Clairvo ("the Service") is a SaaS platform for infoproduct intelligence, accessible at clairvo.xyz, operated by Clairvo LLC, a company registered in the United States.

By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

2. Account Access

2.1 Account Creation

Access requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.

2.2 Eligibility

The Service is available to individuals aged 18 and over who are legally capable of entering into a contract.

2.3 Suspension

Clairvo reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms, without notice or refund.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

3.1 Available Plans

• –Starter: $49/month or $390/year
• –Pro: $99/month or $790/year

Prices are shown before applicable taxes.

3.2 Billing

Payments are processed by Bonzai (bonzai.pro). By subscribing, you authorize automatic charges on your selected billing cycle. Clairvo does not have access to your payment details.

3.3 Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your member dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds.

3.4 Refund Policy

Digital content is provided immediately upon purchase with your explicit consent. All sales are final once access is activated, except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

The Service is granted on a personal, non-exclusive basis for your own professional or personal projects.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• –Share or resell your account access to third parties
• –Scrape or automatically extract data from the Service
• –Reproduce or publish Service content without written authorization
• –Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All Service content — analyses, data, interfaces, code — is the exclusive property of Clairvo LLC. Creator data displayed is sourced from public records and provided for informational purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

All data and analyses are provided for informational purposes only. Clairvo makes no guarantee of accuracy or completeness and is not liable for any decisions made based on the Service. Clairvo's total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Clairvo reserves the right to modify the Service and these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email 30 days before any pricing changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
